We firmly believe that what doesn’t get measured in an organization doesn’t get done. To this end, we work closely with HR and Diversity and Inclusion leadership teams to quantify progress and results in an organization on an annual basis; providing metrics to the organization on what was accomplished for the year by comparing stated goals against documented accomplishments.
