THE INITIAL PLANNING

Our Program Evaluation  Exercise involves- Reporting on current organizational DEI performance (by departments, hiring activity, employee turnover, and junior staffing development).  We also work closely with HR Departments concerning external recruitment objectives, accomplishment via a post-program evaluation and analysis.

Post-Period Performance Evaluations – Internal department initiative (conducted quarterly or semi-annual); whole organization (semi-annual or annual).
