PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Project Leads and Senior Analysts – Collaborate with organizational functional leaders to create and execute a project plan to:

  • Compile available diversity and inclusion data and reporting; Identify internal and external challenges and opportunities
  • Provide baseline analysis of organization performance, contributions and alignment toward business strategic goals
  • Extract feedback from within the organization to create reporting and performance tracking
  • Collaborative development and implementation of tactical strategies

 

Organizational Engagement – Performance Reviews, Plan Development and Program Implementation

  • Present strategic and operational SWOT analysis of internal diversity and inclusion efforts
  • Identify opportunities to create, develop and implement inclusion initiatives that align with company strategic goals
  • Business planning support that incorporates diversity and inclusion components into a strategic plan, and annual budgets
