We provide organizational support- The creation and integration of a diversity and or inclusion initiative within the organization. This includes the following:

  • Provision of an objective analysis of the organization, with an unbiased perspective on company diversity and inclusion efforts
  • The creation of a comprehensive diversity and inclusion communications plan that aligns with the organization’s strategic business goals and prepare periodic reports to measure the aforementioned objectives

Work with Project Leads and Senior Analysts- Collaborate with organizational functional leaders to create and execute a project plan to:

  • Compile available diversity and inclusion data and reporting; Identify internal and external challenges and opportunities
  • Provide baseline analysis of organization performance, contributions and alignment toward business strategic goals
  • Extract feedback from within the organization to create reporting and performance tracking
  • Collaborative development and implementation of tactical strategies
